Q. Do they do that they’re described to do ?

Read the descriptions carefully to see exactly what each item can and cannot do.

 I.e. A steampunked picture frame is exactly that - you can put a picture in it and hang it on a wall. Likewise, a usb memory stick will actually work if you plug it into a computer.

BUT

A steampunk gun will NOT fire bullets and is NOT a real weapon. They are full sized models of imaginary items invented by an imaginary Victorian inventor.
